PROJECT SAN FRANCISCO is one of the largest projects currently in the research and development stage. As of the year 2018, the homeless is rising up to 8,000 people outside. OCTA is in contact with the San Francisco Mayor in regards searching for ways to prevent homelessness efficiently and beneficially. Details will be announced in the future.
